We are now looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our winning team.
As Site Reliability Engineer you’ll find yourself scaling, automating and bridging a gap between operations and development. Tasks include:
-Architecting fully automated cloud platforms
-Engineering automation scripts into the cloud platforms mainly for IaC and CI/CD-pipelines
-Helping developers leverage automation tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform or ARM (and willingness to learn new tools)
-Guide our clients in their DevOps transformation, culture, practices and tools
Position is located in southern part of Finland, preferably in Helsinki or Lahti.
Required experience and qualifications to be successful in this role:
Site Reliability Engineer can show and demonstrate proven expertise in at least a number of below areas:
-Solution architecture design for availability, performance and cost
-Architecting Cloud Native application platform services
-Public cloud expert knowledge
-Understanding on security, networks, virtualization, load balancing, storages and databases
We expect you to have experience in some of the following technical & tools skills:
-Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-Google cloud Platform (GCP)
-Linux, Puppet, Chef, Ansible
-CloudFormation/CDK, Terraform, ARM
-MySQL, PostreSQL, MongoDB
-AWS CodeX –tools, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Github, Jenkins
Background as system administrator, architect or backend developer in Data management, Infrastructure or Application development is suitable. AWS, Azure, GCP certificates are a big plus. We expect you to have good communication skulls and business driven approach in solutioning. Fluent written and oral skills are required in both English and Finnish language.
